Antiquarian Images now represented by Mary Evans Picture Library

Mary Evans Picture Library, the UK's leading historical image source is delighted to announce it is now representing the collection of Antiquarian Images. The library, comprising of thousands of fascinating pictures, spans the 15th to 19th century and encompasses a comprehensive range of subjects including flora and fauna, buildings, gardens, native people, military and naval scenes and panoramas, the majority of which are in colour. A particular speciality is a fine selection of rare and beautiful antique maps as well as celestial and astronomical charts, which perfectly reflect Antiquarian Images' reputation for the unusual and historically curious.
