Original artwork for Harrods magazine front cover, Spring 1983. Tagged the 'image of the decade', the fashion illustration signalled Princess Diana, the androgyny of David Bowie, Sloane Ranger attitude and excess. It won the coveted Art Direction Magazine, NYC Award, 1983. The artist Anne Zielinski-Old carried out work for Harrods between 1982 and 1987 and designed advertisements for them besides this cover illustration. |
