Envelope from RMS Titanic from Esther and Eva Hart

Envelope containing letter sent from the ill-fated RMS Titanic by Esther and Eva Hart to Eva's grandmother. Esther, Benjamin and daughter Eva Hart (Benjamin was lost in the disaster) were Second Class Passengers en route to a new life in Canada, seeking a better life and higher living standards. Esther and Eva were rescued by the RMS Carpathia. The luxury British passenger liner RMS Titanic, operated by the White Star Line, sank in the North Atlantic Ocean on 15 April 1912 after striking an iceberg during her maiden voyage from Southampton, UK, to New York City, USA. Reportedly the last written communication from the RMS Titanic.
