Reclining Buddha - Rangoon
Reclining Buddha - Rangoon - Big Boy we came to a collection of basha huts close to it, and were told it was all right to go through to it. Soon we stood at the gateway to what was a pongyi monastery. The Buddha was as big as the Egyptian sphinx. Painted and gilded cement or sandstone head, brick torso and arms, large white feet and toes as big as a tree trunk
