333 Boom Street (August 1959) - Built in 1842, probably the oldest house still standing in Pietermaritzburg. Externally the house is as it was when originally built, except that:(a) The shale walls have been plastered(b) The thatched roof has been replaced with corrugated iron(c) The windows have been widened
