August 23 1964 - Mrs. Veronica Nzo who has skipped to Bechuanaland with Mrs. Nokwe, from there they hope to fly north to join their husbands who are both living in exile in London. Mrs. Nzo's husband is Mr. Alfred Nzo, a former executive member of the ANC. Mrs. Veronica Nzo, is former matron of the Meintjies T. B Settlement in Alexandra Township. A double qualified, medical and surgical nurse and a midwife, she also holds a health visiting certificate. Mrs. Nzo resigned from her post as matron last month.
