Father Godfrey Callaway (1865-1942)

Father Godfrey Callaway (1865-1942). He was ordained deacon at the Great Norman church of Tewkesbury in England September 1889. At the end of 1891 he went to South Africa, to St Cuthbert's Mission. In 1893 he was appointed priest-in-charge of St Cuthbert's. Father Callaway passed away in his sleep on the 4 September 1942 aged 77 years
