February 1954 Congress Meets Priests, Doctors, Professors, Housewives Give Their Views To Congress Duma Nokwe, Albert J. Luthuli, Rev. Calata, Oliver Tambo, Walter Sisulu. Albert J. At the 41st Annual Conference of the African National Congress, held in Queenstown, Cape, 300 delegates from every part of the Union came to give their views, pass resolutions and to discuss a scheme for economic boycott.
