Grahamstown: Drostdy Gate with curfew bell. View of the Drostdy Gate framing the Cathedral, with the curfew bell still fixed atop the archway. Originally used as a fire bell, it was later used to signify a curfew for Africans. The bell was later given to the Albany Museum
