LONGMARKET STREET IN THE 1880'S FROM TEMLE ST. TO THE CAMP. The vacant site with the gum trees and wooden pailings is now (1961) the site of the Technical College Workshops. The double gabled cottage beyond the adjoining double storeyed house still stand. The two storyed building beyond, with the two chimneys also exists today as Beard's Chemist Shop, at the corner of West Street
