October 1961 - When High Life Invaded The Congo - Hi-Life came to the Congo with a merry beat that was taken up in the city, village and forest. It was brought there by Rex Ofusu's Golden Eagles Band and Berylle Karikani's Ghana Modern Ballet Group, and was a gay reminder of home for our boys with the UN forces.
