RELIGION: October 1961 - War Without Guns - An urgent prayer goes out, as these four children kneel in the ashes of their smouldering church. Some hours after the catholic Mission Church at Kapoko was burned down, children gathered in the ruins knelt in prayer. The burning of the church was one of the many acts of arson and sabotage carried out by the freedom fighters of the UNIP in their campaign to force new talks on the Northern Rhodesia constitution.
