Republic of Congo, 29 May 2009: The Ora DImpfondo School has a student feeding programme where they use produce from the garden which they prepare for the children. The local women help to prepare the meal. Manoic leaves with fish, and plantain. Big bowls are shared between two students. Ora DImpfondo School has been operating for two years and has 44 children in class " 24 girls and 14 boys. ORA schools have been designed as a way to give indigenous children an opportunity to prepare for school and learning before they go straight to a public school
