Unmarried Mothers and their babies -" The long wait and it may be in vain. You see them at the Bantu Commissioner's offices all over. They have come to collect the maintenance the court ordered husbands or lovers to pay. Sometimes cash is there. Often the lover just -aeforgets-n dish up. The basic trouble is a political one, say some folk interviewed by a Drum reporter. All tied up with basic social conditions and no sex education.
