Floods at Youngs Park, Goodrington, Paignton, Devon. Strong east winds and high tides caused waves 50 feet high to break over the sea wall, flooding the park to a depth of eight feet, ruining spring flowers. A circular sign warns people against dropping litter, and a rectangular sign asks people not to spoil the park for others
