A portrait sculpture of Armenian actress and dancer, Armen Ohanian, born Sophia Pirboudaghian, 1887-1976. She perfected her skills as an oriental dancer in Iran, and went on to tour in other countries including Egypt, USA, Mexico, France and England, becoming a household name, performing dances including Salome, At The Temple of Anahit, and Treason
