Suffrage Mud March N.U.W.S.S. Demonstration by more than 40 suffrage organisations on 9th February 1907. Led by Mrs. Fawcett, president of the National Union of Women's Suffrage Society. It became knows as the mud march because of the rain, mud and fog, when 3, 000 trudged from Hyde Park Corner to the Exeter Hall
