Suffragette Women Writers Suffrage League. The W.W.S.L was founded in 1908 by Cicely Hamilton and Bessie Hatton. This shows a banner designed for the league in 1909 by William Henry Margetson (1861-1940) Prejudice, a male figure pulls a woman away from the blind folded figure of justice. The banner was carried in the women's Coronation Procession, June 17, 1911
