1st Pylon, built by Nectanebo, 380-362 BC, uncompleted and undecorated, entrance leading to the Great Court, seen from the 8th Pylon, at the Karnak Temple Complex, Karnak, Thebes, Luxor, Egypt. The site was developed c. 2055 BC - 100 AD, from the Middle Kingdom to the Ptolemaic Kingdom and most of the buildings date to the New Kingdom, dedicated to the Theban Triad of Amun, Mut and Khonsu.
