St Peter with fishermen, detail from the main altarpiece, dedicated to the Virgin and St Peter and carved in alabaster with scenes of their lives and of the martyrdom of St Paul, 1428, by Pere Oller, in the Catedral de Sant Pere Apostol, or Cathedral of St Peter the Apostle, in Vic, Catalonia, Spain. The church was originally founded in the 11th century by abbot Oliba, of which only the crypt rand Romanesque bell tower remain. The current building is a late 18th century neoclassical church.
