Arian Baptistery, Ravenna, Italy

Battistero degli Ariani or Arian Baptistery, built late 5th century AD by Theodoric, Ostrogothic king of Italy, in Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The baptistery is octagonal and built in brick with a Byzantine ceiling mosaic of the Baptism of Christ and 12 apostles, and served the Arian christians of Ravenna.
