Bandolier Bag, c. 1865-75, by an Ute craftsman, made from glass beads, cotton, wool and buffalo hide, bought by the Native Art Acquisition Fund, 1947, at the Denver Art Museum, Denver, Colorado, USA. Bandolier bags are large, heavily beaded pouches with a slit at the top and a beaded strap worn diagonally over the shoulder.
