Altarpiece of the 3 baptisms, 1610, attributed to Nicolas Jacques, with high reliefs of the baptism of Constantine by St Sylvester (left), baptism of Christ by St John the Baptist (centre) and baptism of Clovis by St Remi (right), in the Basilique Saint Remi or Abbey of St Remi, Reims, France. The 11th century, mainly Romanesque, church, contains the relics of St Remi, the Bishop of Reims, who converted Clovis, the King of the Franks, to Christianity in 496 AD.
