Bedroom, with yellow damask 17th century canopied bed and paintings from the Palazzo Cesano, and 17th century wooden furniture, in the Palazzo Borromeo, on Isola Madre, the largest of the Isole Borromee or Borromean Islands, on Lake Maggiore, Piedmont, Italy. On the left is the portrait of cardinal Carlo Borromeo (posthumously sainted), painting, 1580, by Daniele Crespi.
