Bust of Toussaint Louverture, 1743-1803, slave turned leader of the Haitian Revolution and anti-slavery campaigner, by Ludovic Booz, inaugurated 2005, Bordeaux, Aquitaine, France. Bordeaux was a major slave trading port, deporting 130, 000 African slaves to French territories abroad.
