Byparken, or City Park, in the centre of Bergen, Vestland, Norway. On the right is the cast iron music pavilion or Musikkpaviljongen, commissioned by F G Gade and donated to the city in 1888. On the left is Sculpture of Four Arcs, 2000, by Bernar Venet, in memory of the Norwegian composer Harald Saeverud. Behind is the Telegraph Office, built 1927, now a shopping centre.
