Caparra Arch, Extremadura, Spain
Caparra Arch, a tetrapylon or quadrilateral arched entrance portico, and Forum of Caparra, a Roman city founded 1st century BC, in Extremadura, Spain. The arch was built by Marcus Fidius Macer in the 1st century AD and it marks the central point of the city where the 2 main roads, the Cardo and the Decumanus, intersected.
