Casting coins at the foundry in the Paris Mint or La Monnaie de Paris, on Quai de Conti, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, France. In the foundry in Paris, gold coins, medals and official decorations are cast and visitors on guided tours can watch this process taking place.
