Chandelier, made 1837 in gilded bronze by Charles Jules Inge, d.1843 and Louis Claude Ferdinand Soyer, 1785-1854, with initial H for Henri II and crescent moons, symbols of the King, in the ballroom or Galerie Henri II, Chateau de Fontainebleau, France. The Palace of Fontainebleau is one of the largest French royal palaces and was begun in the early 16th century for Francois I. It was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981.
