Chapelle de la Vierge, in the Eglise Saint-Germain-des-Pres, the abbey church of the Abbaye de Saint-Germain-des-Pres, a Benedictine abbey founded in the 6th century on the Boulevard Saint-Germain in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, France. The church was built in the 11th and 12th centuries in Romanesque style. The chapel was originally built 1245-55 in Gothic style, designed by Pierre de Montreuil, but was destroyed in 1802 and later rebuilt. The church is listed as a historic monument.
