Chateau de Val and Chapelle Saint-Blaise, Correze
Chateau de Val, a 13th century medieval castle rebuilt several times until the 17th century, and the Chapelle Saint-Blaise, built 15th century, in Lanobre, Cantal, Correze, Artense, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. The castle is now surrounded by a lake created by the building of the dam Barrage de Bort les Orgues, built 1942-52. The building is listed as a historic monument. Picture by Manuel Cohen
