Church of the Archangel Michael, Pedoulas, Cyprus
Church of the Archangel Michael, or Archangelos Michail, with bell and apse, a Byzantine church built 1474 with funds donated by Father Vassilios Chamados, in the village of Pedoulas in the Troodos mountains, Cyprus. The church was later expanded with 2 side aisles, and contains a fresco cycle painted 1474, signed by a local painter named Minas, from Marathasa. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
