The Contagious Disease Hospital comprised 17 sealable pavilions, designed James Knox Taylor in Italian Renaissance style and built 1911, including 8 measles wards, 3 isolation wards, an autopsy theatre, mortuary, laboratory, administration building, kitchen, and staff house.
