Capital and column supporting the arch of the Mirhab of the Ben Youssef Madrasa, Medina, Marrakech, Morocco. The Madrasa is an Islamic theological college founded in the 14th century and rebuilt by the Saadians in the 1560s. It is named after the Almoravid Sultan Ali ibn Yusuf, who reigned 1106-42.
