Ceiling in carved and painted cedar wood, dining room, Glaoua apartments, Kasbah Taourirt, Ouarzazate province, Morocco. In the 19th century this earthen fortified city was the largest residence of Thami el Glaoui, Pasha of Marrakech, and housed the second tier of the Glaoua family command, including sons, servants and craftsmen.
