Dry stone wall in the Village des Bories, with 20 dry stone huts built as agricultural outhouses, now an open-air museum, near the village of Gordes in Apt, Vaucluse, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France. The huts are built from local limestone slabs in an area known as Hameau des Savournins just outside of the main village. It is listed as a historic monument. The village was visited while on a hike from Gordes following the trail of the maquisards, WWII resistance fighters, as part of the Sentiers de Memoire project. Picture by Manuel Cohen
