Eglise Cathedrale Saint-Vincent, Macon, Burgundy, France

Macon Cathedral, or Eglise Cathedrale Saint-Vincent de Macon, built 1808-18 in Neoclassical style by Alexandre de Gisors, 1762-1835, in Macon, Saone-et-Loire. Bourgogne-Franche-Comte, France. The cathedral was built after Napoleon visited Macon in 1805 and granted money to the city to build a new cathedral to replace the Cathedral Vieux Saint-Vincent, and is listed as a historic monument.
