Escalier des Feuillants, a traboule built 1662-64 by Claude Perret and Francois Girardon, with staircase used to access the Feuillants convent and bell tower, in the Quartier de la Croix-Rousse, Lyon, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. Traboules are covered passageways around and between buildings, used by silk workers to transport their products. The centre of Lyon is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Picture by Manuel Cohen
