Former Excelsior Regina hotel, built 1896, now a luxury apartment building, in Cimiez, a district of Nice used by European royalty when holidaying in the area in the 19th and early 20th centuries, Alpes-Maritimes, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France.
