Bouquet of dried flowers tied with catalan ribbon, left beside the constantly burning Flamme de Sant Joan or Flama del Canigo, taken to the Canigo summit each year to light a fire, which is then taken in flaming torches to light bonfires in towns across North Catalonia, celebrating the arrival of summer, in Le Castillet, a fortified building and city gate built 1368-1542, in Perpignan, Pyrenees-Orientales, Catalogne du Nord, France.
