Virgin Mary in supplication with archangels Michael and Gabriel wearing imperial uniform, and below, Cypriot saints in medallions and prelates or church fathers, in the semi-dome of the apse, in the Agios Nikolaos Tis Stegis, or the Church of St Nicholas of the Roof, a Byzantine monastery built 11th century, near Kakopetria, in the Solea valley of the Troodos mountains, Cyprus.
