Pair of sphinxes within a lush garden, fresco, 1st century AD, in the summer triclinium in the House of the Golden Bracelet, or Casa del Bracciale d'Oro, in the Parco Archeologico di Pompei, or Archaeological Park of Pompeii, Campania, Italy.
