Building of the Tower of Babel, Abraham with 3 angels, Angels at the table of Abraham, Sodom and Gomorrah, Lot's wife transformed to a salt pillar as Lot and his daughters flee, fresco, 1376-78, by Giusto de Menabuoi, 1320-91, in the Padua Baptistery, in Padua, Veneto, Italy. The 12th century building was reworked 1370-79 as a mausoleum for prince Francesco il Vecchio da Carrara and his wife Fina Buzzaccarini, who commissioned the frescoes. Picture by Manuel Cohen
