Descent of Christ into Hell, with Christ standing on broken gates pulling Adam from Hell with Eve on left, and David, Solomon and St John the Baptist on right, fresco, detail, late 13th century, on the north wall of the nave of the Church of Panagia tou Moutoulla, a Byzantine church built 1280, in the village of Moutoullas, in the Troodos mountains of Cyprus.
