Sarcophagus of Phaedra and Hippolytus, imported from Greece and finished in Arles by a Gallo-Roman sculptor, with relief of Phaedra declaring her love (left), Theseus (centre) and Hippolytus banished by his father (right), marble, mid 3rd century AD, in the Musee de l'Arles Antique, an archaeological museum built 1995 by Henri Ciriani and extended in 2013, at Arles, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France.
