Bowl of burnt wheat grains, many tons of these were found at Hattusa in underground silos at Buyukkaya which were destroyed by fire in 16th century BC, Hittite, in Corum Bogazkoy Museum, housing finds from Hattusa archaeological site, in Bogazkale, Corum, Anatolia, Turkey. Hattusa was the capital of the Hittite empire, built in the late Bronze Age from c. 1650 BC, on an older Chalcolithic settlement founded 6th millennium BC.
