Grand Salon, Chateau d'Avignon, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer
Grand Salon, or living room, in the Chateau d'Avignon, built 18th century in Neo Renaissance style and remodelled by architect Auguste Veran for Louis Prat-Noilly from 1895, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Bouches-du-Rhone, France. The living room was designed in Neo Rococo style by Achille Blanqui, with walnut panelling on the walls and ceiling, Louis XV furniture and decoration on the theme of love and mythology.
