Grapes collected at harvest time in September, at the vineyards of the Chateau de Javernand, run by Arthur Fourneau and Pierre Prost, at Chiroubles, in the Beaujolais wine growing area of Rhone, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. The domaine was founded in 1917 by Auguste Faye, great grandfather of Arthur Fourneau, centred around an 18th century chateau with 50 hectares of vines. Picture by Manuel Cohen
