Great Synagogue, Nice, Provence, France
Hanukkah menorah in the Nice Synagogue, or Great Synagogue, designed in Neo Byzantine style by Paul Martin and inaugurated 1886, in Nice, Alpes-Maritimes, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France. The interior, with its balcony and arches supported by pillars, was designed by Brun. The synagogue was restored in 1988 and is listed as a historic monument. Picture by Manuel Cohen
