Haghpat monastery, a medieval monastery complex of the Armenian Apostolic Church, founded c. 976 by queen Khosrovanuysh and built 10th - 13th century, aerial view, at Haghpat, Lori, Armenia. The monastery includes Surb Nshan or Holy Cross Church (centre), Surb Grigor or Church of St Gregory, a bell tower (right), Surb Astvatsatsin or Holy Mother of God Church, Matenadaran or manuscript library and refectory.
